To Clarify and Reaffirm the Human and Civil Rights of Undocumented Immigrants in California and in other States. Initially researched and written in February 2017. Revised and updated in February 2025.

Report ICE Activity in San Benito County by calling 831-204-8082. Protect our community, report ICE enforcement operations and other sightings by calling our emergency hotline. If you see ICE on the street. If ICE knocks on your door. If ICE detains a loved one. Please do not call the hotline for non-emergencies.

Our bilingual legal team, in partnership with the UFW Foundation, provides immigration counsel, application assistance, and fee waiver support. *For a limited time, you can complete your application with the UFW Foundation for FREE in California!
National Immigration Legal Services Directory
The National Immigration Legal Services Directory provides immigration legal services providers by state, county, or detention facility. Only nonprofit organizations that provide free or low-cost immigration legal services are included in their directory.
#FIND YOUR ALLY
The Higher Education Legal Services Project provides FREE immigration legal services to California Community Colleges students, faculty, and staff. This California-funded effort connects trusted legal service providers with individuals in need to assess their unique case and plan for their future.
